Return & Exchange Policy

For Retail Customers

Due to the nature of our products, all items are not refundable. However, if you've received a damaged/unusable or wrong item, please submit a Product Return request within 10 business days of receiving your order. If Salve accepts your return request, we can offer you a product exchange, store credit or full refund. Shipping cannot be refunded; however, we may offer you a $5 store credit, at the discretion of Salve.

For Wholesale Customers

Wholesale customers, please contact us directly of there is a problem with your delivery at 281-684-0755, or you can also submit a Product Return request. In the field "Product Name," please enter your company name. In the field of "Product Code," please enter your Transaction ID or Invoice Number.
